Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery. Spas are normally in stock and we take pride in getting them to you as quickly as possible. We can normally deliver your order within a few days, at most 1-2 weeks.
Standard backyard delivery is included for all spas delivered to our local delivery area, including all of New Jersey, Staten Island and the NYC metro area, including the following counties.
- NYC (including Queens, Brooklyn Manhattan Bronx and Staten Island)
- Nassau County
- Suffolk County
- Rockland County
- Westchester County
- All of New Jersey
For standard backyard delivery, access must be provided. Standard backyard delivery is a delivery to premises in which there is access for delivery truck, which has gates, entrances, and access that can accommodate delivery without dis-assembly or removal of spa from its packaging; which provides workable surfaces without the necessity of climbing or descending any staircase or steps and which in general do not cause a health or safety problem to delivery crew.
Please see the specifications tab for your particular spa to see how much access is required. If there is no access for a standard delivery, the spa will be delivered curbside and customer will be responsible for moving spa into final position. Please call us at 718-605-9600 if you have questions about delivery access.
Building Code Disclaimer
Note: Your local building code may require a permit for installation of a spa and/or the electrical line run to the spa. Before installing, please contact your local building inspector for more information about applicable requirements.
Electrical Information
The Dreammaker X400 spa is the only spa we sell that plugs into a standard outlet.
All other spas are directly wired and should be installed by a licensed electrician. Please check all building and electrical codes in your area before installing.
